Because our books and merchandise are produced specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as selecting the wrong size, changing your mind, or ordering by mistake.
To reduce waste and provide high-quality products, many of our books and merchandise are printed, packed, and shipped by trusted third-party fulfillment partners after an order is placed.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly work with you to make it right.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item, if applicable
